Our Mission
At Connecting Loved Ones, we understand that as individuals age or face other life challenges, additional in-home support may be required. Our dedicated team is proud to offer non-medical Homemaker Companion Services as well as Adult Family Living Services, which include assistance with cooking, laundry, light cleaning, organization, grocery shopping, personal hygiene, activities of daily living and overall social support.

At Connecting Loved Ones, our mission is to provide compassionate, reliable, and affordable home care services that enhance the quality of life for individuals and families in our community. We are committed to helping our clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while receiving the support they need.
Connecting Loved Ones also specializes in the Adult Family Living (AFL) Program. If you are caring for a loved one who is 65 years of age or older, or who has a qualifying disability, you may be eligible to receive a tax-free weekly stipend for the care you are already providing. If your loved one is at risk of nursing home placement, we encourage you to contact us to learn more about available services and supports.

Welcome, my name is Glady Perez, and I am the owner of Connecting Loved Ones L.L.C. I am a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field. My career began as a Home Health Aide, providing me with a strong foundation and a deep understanding of the importance of compassionate, supportive care at home. I am committed to matching your loved one with a home maker companion who best meets their unique needs.
